Intro
Piece Ultraclean LLC utilizes modern, ultrasonic technology that safely and thoroughly cleans a wide variety of the most complex smoking pieces and devices that are defined as:
Bongs, waterpipes, recyclers, dab rigs, stems/attachments, hand pipes, bowls, one hitters/chillums, vaporizers, cartridges/carts, grinders, and so much more.
Goals and values, and standards
- We express our dedication to improving the cannabis industry’s safety standards and the longevity of valuable glass smoking devices. We aim to restore these pieces to their original condition, ensuring both their functionality and aesthetics. Our policies are designed to outline the responsibilities and expectations of our service, promoting a transparent and secure experience for our valued customers – people over 18 years old who consume cannabis using glass,quartz, and electronic smoking devices.
Payment Terms
- Pickup and Delivery Fees: Customers availing our pickup and drop-off services will incur additional charges for the convenience of having their pieces serviced at their location. These fees will be communicated to the customer upon scheduling the service and will vary based on location and service requirements.
- Upfront Payment: Upon initiating a service request through our email ticket system, customers are required to make an upfront payment. This payment covers the estimated cost of cleaning and any applicable pickup or delivery fees. The upfront payment is non-refundable.
- No Cancellation or Refunds: Please note that once a service request is submitted and payment is made, there are no cancellation options or refunds available. We encourage our customers to carefully review the estimated costs before proceeding with their service request.
- Price Adjustments: In some cases, the final service cost may vary from the initial estimate due to unforeseen complexities or additional service requirements. In such cases, the customer will be notified of any adjustments to the final payment, and the balance must be settled prior to delivery or pickup.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the service request process. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure their preferred payment method is valid and has sufficient funds for the upfront payment.
- Service Pricing: Our service prices are determined by the type of piece or device being serviced, considering factors such as bongs, waterpipes, recyclers, dab rigs, vaporizers, complexity, and the time and resources required to meet our cleaning standards. Smaller accessories and attachments, like hand pipes, bowls, one-hitters, chillums, stems, ash catchers, grinders, cartridges, etc., are priced according to their respective categories.
- Discounts and Promotions: We offer discounts and promotions on various occasions, including holidays, and extend personalized discounts to eligible customers as determined by a qualified staff member.
Turnaround Time
- Standard Turnaround Time: Our typical maximum turnaround time for a service order is within 24 hours. However, our goal is to complete the cleaning of an entire order, which may consist of one piece and several accessories, within 1-2 hours once the cleaning process has commenced, provided that communication and pickup/drop-off coordination with the customer run smoothly.
- Communication is Key: We cannot always guarantee the 24-hour turnaround time if there is a lack of correspondence between us and the customer. In such cases, we may only provide partial refunds if your service order is not completed within 48 hours from the initiation of the cleaning process.
- Expedited Services: For customers seeking faster turnaround times, we offer expedited cleaning services for an additional fee. The current fee for expedited service is listed on the buy/booking page. Please note that this fee is subject to change based on our current workload and demand.
Guarantees
- Restoration Commitment: We guarantee to restore your piece(s) to the best of our ability to a like-new condition within a 24-hour turnaround period.
- Limitations: Please be aware that some multi-chambered pieces, particularly those of considerable height, may not fit properly in our ultrasonic cleaning device. In such cases, the cleaning outcome may not meet our usual standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we are committed to making every effort to address your concerns and make it right whenever possible.
Liability
- Cleaning Process Safety: While we emphasize the safety and effectiveness of our ultrasonic cleaning method, it’s important to note that some pieces with pre-existing microfractures can be vulnerable to unexpected breakage during the cleaning process.
- Damaged Pieces: We are not liable for any damage that may occur to your pieces during the ultrasonic cleaning process. Our team takes utmost care, but unforeseen incidents can occur.
- Insurance Coverage: To provide additional peace of mind, we offer insurance coverage options during the buying/booking process. If you opt for this coverage and damage occurs to your piece(s) due to our team’s actions, we will cover the cost of damages. The extent of coverage and potential refunds will be based on the appraised value of the damaged piece. Refunds may be offered in full or partially, depending on the piece’s value.
Intellectual Property
We own all intellectual property rights associated with our service, including but not limited to our brand, logos, website content, and proprietary cleaning methods. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use our services for personal use. This grant does not extend to ownership or any intellectual property rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a customer’s use of our services if they violate our Terms and Services, engage in unlawful activities, or misuse our services in any manner that is detrimental to our business or other customers. Upon termination, customers will no longer have access to our services, and any outstanding obligations, including payments, may become due immediately.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The terms of service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered. Any disputes arising from the terms of service will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
Entire Agreement
The terms of service constitute the entire agreement between us and our customers. There are no other agreements or documents incorporated into the terms of service unless expressly stated in the terms themselves.
Severability
If any provision of the terms of service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
Waiver
We may waive a provision of the terms of service at our discretion. Waivers are typically considered on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a precedent for future actions.
Notices
We will communicate with our customers about changes to the terms of service or other important matters through email or notifications on our website.
Counterparts
The terms of service are not executed in multiple counterparts; they are agreed upon as a whole when a customer uses our services.
